Our program allows DIY. Yes with us you can legally work on your project to save valuable dollars along the way.
No fees for change orders. You see bids direct from the sub-contractors with no hidden costs.
No limit on which sub-contractors you can and can’t use. We make recommendations but you make 100% of the final decisions.

Where are your services offered?
We are located in Sheboygan Wisconsin but offer in-person services as far south as Kenosha, as far west as Wisconsin Rapids, and as far north as Crivitz. As an example, under contract for 2025 we have projects in Sheboygan, Arkdale (Wisconsin Rapids), Waupaca, Sturgeon Bay, Montello, Reedsburg, Plymouth. Our unique system can work just about anywhere in the state of WI. Teal area on map below shows our current service area.
